I guess this is no longer updated and now there's tags.html -- can we remove the tags directory from our gh-pages branch?

I opened an issue on yocaml as it seems yocaml_git never deletes files. I expected it would delete untracked files. https://github.com/xhtmlboi/yocaml/issues/55

It should be safe to remove the tags directory from gh-pages.
