We have a great resource at our hands here: a utility that when started and running keeps track of which archives weren't accessible. A statistics page would be great to have:
"contains X archives with Y MB in total size"

and also

failed to download Z archives:
- URL REASON LAST-TIME-TRIED

And eventually a "retry failed downloads" button. But I'm not sure about that.
